ACF's Barbell classes are dedicated to building strength, balance, explosiveness, and precision through focused drills and strength exercises using barbells. These hour-long sessions provide comprehensive barbell training.

ACF’s Barbell Strength classes focus and break down specifically barbell movements. You will likely see snatches, clean and jerks, and presses (Olympic weightlifting movements) but you will also practice deadlifts, squat variations, and occasionally bench press.

Barbell is every Thursday night from 6:30-7:30 pm and 9 -10 am on Saturday.

Results take time and consistency is key. If you’re a beginner, you can expect to see results in just about 30 days. For more experienced athletes with targeted goals, you can work closely with an ACF coach to tailor workouts, select weights and a rep scheme so you can start seeing results as soon as possible.

Yes! We offer a selection of protein and energy drinks for purchase as well as protein bars for a pre or post workout snack.

Of course! Visitors are always welcome at ACF, we only ask that if you are going to drop in that you have a minimum of 3 months CrossFit experience and are an active member of an affiliate.
