Membership Policies, Holds & Cancellations
Hey, we get it, sometimes life gets in the way of a fitness routine! If you need to cancel or put your membership on hold for any reason, you may do so using the membership hold and cancellation forms linked below. We hope you enjoyed your time at ACF and remember, if you want to come back at any time, our door is always open.
Archetype Crossfit Membership Policies
Unlimited Membership
Unlimited attendance to any combination classes and open gym offered.
10x per Month Membership
Total attendance to any combination of 10 classes or open gym offered within a billing cycle. Unused classes do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
Billing
Memberships are billed through ACH or credit card on a monthly billing cycle from the start date of membership. Memberships will auto-renew for the same duration, at the current full rate of the selected membership at that time, unless requested otherwise.
Class Check-In
Members must reserve their spot in class and check-in for class through either the Chalk-it Pro app or at the front desk check-in monitor when arriving at the gym.
Community Standards of Conduct and Inclusiveness
We are all friends here. No person within the ACF community is permitted to show disrespect, harassment, or any other meanness to any other person.
As a staff, we will continually work hard to create a positive environment for all people where everyone feels welcome, accepted, and supported.
Membership Hold Policy
A membership hold request form must be completed on the Archetype CrossFit website www.archetype.fit and can be requested for a minimum of 4 and maximum of 12 weeks. Hold requests must be submitted no less than 14 business days before a member’s upcoming scheduled invoice. Members cannot place a hold on their membership for more than 12 weeks in a calendar year. Membership and payments will resume automatically upon expiration of the hold period a member selects. If a member cancels their membership during the hold period, the cancellation policy agreed to above applies.
Membership Cancellation
A minimum of a 14 day notice prior to a member’s billing date is required for cancellation. All cancellation requests must be made through the cancellation form on the Archetype CrossFit website www.archetype.fit. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 14 day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.
